HOW TO GET THE WATCH REPAIR COST ESTIMATE
Send the watch in (click here for our address), with a description of the problem you are having (it doesn't work, doesn't keep accurate time) and your name, phone number or e-mail address.
Allow 24-48 hours for a proper estimate.
Repair work will be performed after we receive a written acceptance for the cost of repair.
BATTERY AND BAND REPLACEMENT
Most batteries cost $4.00 with installation
Band installation is free
You can request a band. Just email us the following information and we will e-mail you a picture of one of our bands with your specifications:
- Pattern (crocodile, alligator, lizard, stitches or plain)
- Color of band (various colors available)
- Size preferred (in mm)
- Is it for a MENS or LADIES watch
The bands that we carry are Hadley-Roma, Banda Swiss. We also carry, or have access to, the original bands for most watch manufacturers
SHIPPING
All shipping is paid by the customer. After service, watches are shipped back with insurance via USPS (unless otherwise specified).
