How do I pay for my watch repair online?

Click on the button below and select your name from the list. Then simply checkout of the store and fill in all of your information.



Return Policy

WE HAVE A 15 DAY REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • The watch must be in resaleable condition (with all the paperwork, tags, seals and original box). Watches that show wear will not be refunded.
  • Please contact us to obtain an "RA#" before sending returns in to us
  • All watches returned are subject to 5% restocking fee.
  • When watches are exchanged for other watches of equal value or more, the restocking fee will be waived.
  • Watches returned should be packaged and shipped to us at customers expense within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Refunds will be issued less shipping costs.
  • Occasionally, at our sole discretion, we will accept a watch back after 15 days.


Shipping Info

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail from California. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added top all orders shipped within California.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Order securely online through our web store!


Privacy Policy

We do not share any personal information with any outside companies. It is used to process your order only. We will occasionally send e-mail offers to our customers, but your e-mail address will never be given to an outside company.
